Terms of Service — GoNow

By downloading or using the GoNow app ("the App") you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
GoNow is a travel-discovery app that lets you swipe through trips, build multi-stop journeys, travel with friends, and chat with an AI travel assistant.

2. Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use GoNow.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Don't share your account with others.
- Don't impersonate anyone or misuse the app.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Content
You may upload a profile picture. You promise that:
- You have the right to upload the image.
- It doesn't contain illegal content, nudity, graphic violence, hate symbols, weapons used threateningly, or CSAM.
- It's not a photo of someone else without their permission.
Images are automatically screened using AI before being saved. We may remove any content that violates these rules.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to display your profile picture to other users (for example, members of groups you join).
4. Bookings and Third-Party Services
GoNow helps you discover trips. Actual bookings are made through third-party partners (e.g. Booking.com). Any booking is a contract between you and the partner — not with GoNow. We're not responsible for prices, availability, cancellations, or the quality of the trip itself.
Trip information may become outdated. Always verify details with the booking provider before paying.
5. AI Features
The AI travel assistant gives suggestions. It can make mistakes, hallucinate, or give outdated information. Always verify important details (prices, visas, vaccination requirements, safety) with official sources. GoNow is not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.
6. Group Features
When you create or join a group, other members see your name and profile picture. Don't share invite codes with people you don't trust.
7. Prohibited Use
Don't:
- Reverse-engineer the app
- Use automated scripts/bots to sign up or spam requests
- Try to access other users' accounts
- Use GoNow for anything illegal
- Scrape, copy, or resell our content
8. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code, and content (except user-uploaded content) are owned by GoNow. You get a personal, non-commercial license to use the app.
9. Disclaimer
GoNow is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for damages resulting from use of the app beyond what EU consumer law requires.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete account. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved at the competent Danish courts unless mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
